The property features a sleeping area on the first floor with an air-conditioned double bedroom and a spacious wardrobe, as well as an independent single bedroom located nearby. The single bedroom does not have air conditioning but has a portable fan.The apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests plus one child under 3 years old, for whom a folding bed is available.

On the ground floor, guests will find a bathroom with shower, equipped with a hairdryer and welcome kit, along with an air-conditioned living area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove top, refrigerator, microwave, automatic espresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher.


A large outdoor table shaded by a sun umbrella is available, allowing guests to enjoy meals outside along side the heated swimming pool. Upon returning, guests can relax in the peaceful garden, which offers comfortable sun loungers with soft terry towels and a heated hydromassage spa. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy a 9-hole synthetic grass putting green, complete with clubs and balls.

Access to the apartment is available at any time thanks to a personal access code for both the driveway gate and the main entrance. A covered internal parking area ensures maximum safety for your vehicle.

Upon check-in, a tourist tax of €3 per person (aged 15 and above) per night will be collected, with a maximum duration of 4 nights.

Check in until 8 pm. After that hour there will be a €30 charge. No check ins after midnight unless otherwise agreed upon by the host.
