There are two full bathrooms, one fitted with a relaxing jacuzzi bathtub and the other with a refreshing shower. The property provides a high level privacy with a gated entrance that is conveniently accessed by a remote control. Ample parking is available, including a dedicated garage.
For leisure and entertainment, a ping pong table is on hand for some friendly competition. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from casual breakfasts to elaborate dinners.
While the house does not have air conditioning, its elevated position on the lake ensures a naturally cool and comfortable atmosphere. For additional comfort, fans are available in all bedrooms to help you enjoy a restful night's sleep. This home offers a perfect blend of privacy, scenic beauty, and all the amenities needed for a memorable retreat on Lake Como.
Upon check-in, a tourist tax of €2 per person (aged 15 and above) per night will be collected, with a maximum duration of 7 nights.
Check in until 8 pm. After that hour there will be a €30 charge. No check ins after midnight unless otherwise indicated by the host.
